Help Center Representative
Location: John Knox
Responsible for answering member telephone inquiries regarding all credit union accounts, products, and services.
Must possess a stable work history including one year call center experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have a sincere desire and commitment to serving members. Must be an enthusiastic individual who can respond to high volume of inbound calls. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Knowledge of credit union products and services in order to effectively cross-sell, is desired.
