Basic iBranch! Troubleshooting

In Internet Explorer click on Tools | Internet Options:

  1. At the General Tab, click on Delete files and OK to empty the folder. This will remove the nonessential Internet files stored from every web site you have visited.
  2. At the General tab, click Settings. Verify the selection ?Automatically? is chosen at the top of this window then click OK.
  3. At the Security tab, verify/Change Security Level for Internet to Medium.
  4. At the Privacy tab, either Medium or Accept All Cookies is acceptable.
  5. At the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults.

In Netscape:

  1. To delete cache, click on Edit | Preferences | Advance | Cache | Clear Memory Cache | Clear Disk Cache.
  2. Verify Edit | Preferences | Advance | Cache | Document in cache is compared to document on network is set to ?Every Time?.

In Internet Explorer for Mac:

  1. Click Explorer
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click on Advanced under Web Browsing
  4. Click on Empty Now
