Report Suspicious Emails

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Florida Commerce will NEVER contact you by email about specific activity on your account. We will also NEVER ask you to "verify account information" within iBranch!.

Although your account number is not confidential information because it is included on all checks you write, you should still be very careful when entering this number into a website. For your convenience, Florida Commerce may email you about important credit union updates, and at times, we may reference forms on our website that ask for your account number. In these cases, always type our website address into your browser to ensure you're visiting the authentic credit union website.

Please be aware that online criminals are sending emails that appear to be from Florida Commerce. These messages take you to a site that appears to be the Florida Commerce website. However, once you log in to the fake online banking system, you will be asked to input personal information. DO NOT INPUT PERSONAL INFORMATION such as your debit card number, social security number, ATM PIN, etc.

To report suspicious emails, please forward any information (including the suspicious email) to abuse@floridacommerce.org. Florida Commerce will NEVER email you from this address.
